Aubrey:

Oh, hey, Clara.

Clara:

Hi, Aubrey.

Aubrey:

Wow, this looks great. Can I draw with you?

Clara:

Sure.

Aubrey:

It looks like you love art as much as I do.

Clara:

Yeah. I really love colors and making pictures.

Aubrey:

Being an artist would be fun, wouldn't it?

Clara:

Yeah. Is it hard drawing with a different arm now?

Aubrey:

Not anymore.

My doctors and nurses at Shriner's Children's gave me my arm. It helps me do lots of things, but what's really amazing to me are the simple things I can do now, like drawing and painting. And with the care has always given me, I never had to worry about being too ambitious because they've given me everything I need to be as active and creative as I want to be.

Clara:

What's ambitious?

Aubrey:

That's when you set your mind, you're going to do something, even if it's hard.

Clara:

Got it.

Aubrey:

Kind of like this amazing drawing of yours. You set your mind to it and you did it.

Clara:

That's just what we do. Isn't it?

Aubrey:

Always.
