Rebecca L Bowman, PT, DPT is a physical therapist and the director of rehabilitation services at Shriners Children’s Erie. Rebecca earned a Bachelor of Science in Sports and Exercise Science and Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Gannon University. Rebecca started her career at Shriners Children’s Erie working primarily with pediatric athletes. She has participated and presented as a contributing member of Shriners Consortium for Outcomes, Research, and Education in Sports (SCORES). Most recently, Rebecca participates in the limb clinic and rehabilitation multidisciplinary (RMD) clinic.

As physical therapist and clinical leader, Rebecca enjoys fostering collaboration among members of the clinical team to provide individualized and comprehensive care for patients. Rebecca has worked at Shriners Children’s Erie since 2012 and has served in a clinical leadership role since 2014. In 2022, Rebecca was chosen as one of Shriners Children’s 100 brand ambassadors as part of the 100th anniversary, in recognition of promoting the mission of Shriners Children's. She is a member of the American Academy of Pediatric Physical Therapy as well as the American Physical Therapy Association.
