Elaine Callaghan, MA, CCC-SLP/L, is a per-diem speech-language pathologist in the rehabilitation department at Shriners Children's Erie. While attending the University of Pittsburgh, Elaine earned a Bachelor of Science degree in communication science and disorders and a certificate in the conceptual foundations of medicine in 2012, and graduated with a Master of Arts degree in speech-language pathology in 2014. She continues to be an active member with the American Speech and Hearing Association and holds her certificate of clinical competence.
Elaine’s work experience includes working with early intervention, preschool and school-aged children with a variety of diagnoses and disorders. Elaine has worked at Shiners Children’s Erie since 2017 and enjoys working to ensure each child and family fulfills their individualized goals.
