Brian Gulack, M.D., MHS, is a general pediatric surgeon at Shriners Children's Chicago, and an assistant professor of surgery at Rush Medical College. He specializes in treatment for chest wall reconstruction and congenital malformations in children, including the Nuss procedure. He also provides general surgery services for children such as gastrostomy feeding tubes (G-Tube and Mic-Key Button) and placement of long-term intravenous catheters such as the port-a-cath.

Dr. Gulack has presented at many national and international conferences around the country, published work and served as a reviewer for several pediatric journals. He has also contributed multiple book chapters on pediatric surgery.

He is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics and the American Pediatric Surgical Association where he has served on multiple committees.
