After earning his medical degree, Jeremy Goverman, M.D., spent nine years obtaining specializations that would allow him to provide the highest-quality burn care to his patients – from the moment of injury to discharge from the hospital, and then re-entry into the community. After a five-year residency in general surgery, Dr. Goverman received additional training in burn surgery, surgical critical care and plastic surgery. This has afforded him the unique privilege of treating patients with burns throughout their recovery.
In addition to the comprehensive treatment of acute burns and burn reconstructive surgery, he also specializes in the treatment and cosmetic restoration of scarring from all causes. He has been trained in the utilization of the latest technologies to help prevent, treat and minimize scarring.
