Bryan Tompkins, M.D., is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon. He is a graduate of the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center, where he earned his medical degree. He completed his orthopedic surgery residency at the Stony Brook University Hospital followed by a fellowship in pediatric orthopedics at the Texas Scottish Rite Hospital.
Dr. Tompkins joined Shriners Children's Spokane in 2007. He has a wide range of research interests that include pediatric gait abnormalities, spine and general orthopedics, and has authored or co-authored several papers in peer-reviewed journals.
He specializes in spinal deformity, general pediatric orthopedics, adolescent hip preservation and pediatric sports medicine.
