Outpatient Burn Care

At Shriners Children’s we offer burn care in our outpatient clinic. Your child may transition to our clinic as wounds heal, or the injury may be managed on an outpatient basis.

Proper care of your child’s wounds is part of the healing process. At Shriners Children’s we teach you home care. This may involve dressing changes, massaging healing areas with creams, exercises and stretches.
