Patellar instability is a condition in the knee where the kneecap is unstable and moves out of place, or dislocates. Shriners Children’s treatment may include physical therapy, immobilization (casting) or surgery.

Urology Services

Shriners Children’s provides specialized care for urinary disorders of the male and female urinary tracts, as well as conditions of the male genital tract.

Tone Management

Unusual tightness in your child's muscles (spasticity) or involuntary muscle contractions (dystonia) can interfere with their ability to perform tasks. Tone management services at Shriners Children’s help our patients control those muscles.

Wheelchair & Seating

Shriners Children's wheelchair, seating and mobility program is a custom seating clinic available to children with seating needs. Practitioners, technicians and volunteers use tools like seat simulation, pressure mapping and hands on adjustments.
