Shriners Children's Southern California is located at the corner of Fair Oaks Avenue and Hurlbut Street. We're easily accessible from CA-134, CA-110 and CA-210.

We are approximately 14 miles from downtown Los Angeles, 127 miles from San Diego, and 113 miles from Bakersfield.

Parking

There is free visitor parking in the Shriners Children's Southern California parking garage underneath the medical center. The entrance to the garage is on Hurlbut Street.

Driving Directions

From the east (from I-215 N)

  1. Take exit 46B to merge onto CA-210 W toward Pasadena.
  2. Take exit 13B toward CA-110.
  3. Merge onto the Long Beach Freeway.
  4. Turn left onto W California Boulevard (follow signs for CA-110).
  5. Turn right onto Fair Oaks Avenue. Shriners Children's Southern California is located on the right between Alessandro Place and Hurlbut Street.
  6. If you're parking, turn right on Hurlbut Street and enter the parking garage on the right.

From the north (from US-101 S)

  1. Keep left on US-101 S towards CA-134 E, following signs for Burbank/Pasadena.
  2. Use the right lane to take exit 13B for Interstate 210 W toward Foothill Freeway/San Fernando.
  3. Keep right and follow signs for CA-110/Del Mar Boulevard/California Boulevard and merge onto the Long Beach Freeway.
  4. Turn left onto W California Boulevard (signs for CA-110).
  5. Turn right onto Fair Oaks Avenue. Shriners Children's Southern California is located on the right between Alessandro Place and Hurlbut Street.
  6. If you're parking, turn right on Hurlbut Street and enter the parking garage on the right.

From the west (from I-10 E)

  1. Use the left lane of I-10 E to merge onto CA-110 N/State 110 N towards Pasadena.
  2. Take exit 31B for Fair Oaks Avenue towards S Pasadena.
  3. Turn left onto Fair Oaks Avenue. Shriners Children's Southern California is located on the left between Hurlbut Street and Alessandro Place.
  4. If you're parking, turn left on Hurlbut Street and enter the parking garage on the right.

From the south (from I-5 N/Santa Ana)

  1. Keep right and stay on I-5 N, follow signs for I-10 W/Santa Monica/I-5 N/Sacramento.
  2. Use the right 2 lanes to take exit 137B for CA-110 N/Pasadena Freeway.
  3. Take exit 31B for Fair Oaks Avenue towards S Pasadena.
  4. Turn left onto Fair Oaks Avenue. Shriners Children's Southern California is located on the left between Hurlbut Street and Alessandro Place.
  5. If you're parking, turn left on Hurlbut Street and enter the parking garage on the right.

Transportation

You can request a courtesy van from 5:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, for travel to and from the Los Angeles and Pasadena Ronald McDonald Houses, the Los Angeles International Airport, the Los Angeles Greyhound Station and the Union Station – Amtrak Train. Access Services

Access is the service name of the ADA Complementary Paratransit service for functionally disabled individuals in Los Angeles County. Transportation services can only be obtained by calling and applying for access services. The process for application and approval takes approximately one month.
