Shriners Children’s Receives 11 Press Ganey Awards
Shriners Children’s was honored with seven Guardian of Excellence Awards and four Pinnacle of Excellence Awards in 2021.
Shriners Children’s is proud to have been recognized 11 times by Press Ganey as one of the leading organizations in healthcare.
Press Ganey, the national leader in healthcare consumer and workforce engagement, recently announced the nationwide recipients of its annual performance achievement awards, recognizing healthcare organizations committed to delivering safe, high-quality, patient-centered care amid immense challenges presented by COVID-19. These Press Ganey awards recognize and honor data-driven advancements in healthcare.
This year, Shriners Children’s was honored with seven Guardian of Excellence Awards, which honor organizations that have achieved the 95th percentile across Press Ganey clients for patient experience, employee engagement, physician engagement or clinical quality performance. More than 250 healthcare organizations received this preeminent recognition for 2021.
In addition, the healthcare system received four Pinnacle of Excellence Awards, which recognize top-performing healthcare organizations for achieving and maintaining consistently high levels of excellence for consecutive years in patient experience, employee engagement, physician engagement or clinical quality performance. One hundred and ten healthcare organizations have met stringent requirements year-over-year demonstrating superior performance.
