Lesley Choinski, BS, has been a physical therapist at Shriners Children’s New England since 2006. She received her Bachelor of Science in physical therapy from Russell Sage College. She is a certified assistive technology professional (ATP), working with vendors and families to assess what durable medical equipment will best meet the needs of each child. This includes the evaluation of seating and positional needs for custom manual and power wheelchairs for medically complex children, and ordering appropriate standing and gait training devices for patients.
Lesley is a credentialed clinical instructor and is certified in level 1 Neurokinetic Therapy®. Her special interests also include treating children with torticollis.
