Felicity Fishman, M.D., is a hand and upper extremity surgeon at Shriners Children's Chicago. She also serves as an associate professor in the department of orthopedics and rehabilitation at Loyola University Medical Center in Chicago.

Dr. Fishman specializes in hand surgery and conditions such as brachial plexopathy, brachial plexus, carpal tunnel syndrome and congenital hand deformities. Prior to coming to Chicago, Dr. Fishman spent four years at the Yale University School of Medicine and Yale New Haven Children's Hospital in their hand and upper extremity services. She was named a "Best Doctor" by New Haven Living magazine. She was also an attending hand surgeon at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center in West Haven, Connecticut.

Dr. Fishman has published numerous research and book contributions, and has given presentations in her areas of specialty, including brachial plexus, hand, wrist and upper extremities. She is an associate editor of Journal of Hand Surgery and a guest editor for the Techniques in Orthopaedics issue on Congenital Upper Extremity (Published March 2019). She serves as a reviewer for Techniques in Orthopaedics (Pediatrics, Hand/Wrist/Elbow). Dr. Fishman is also a past contributor to the Yearbook of Hand and Upper Limb Surgery.

She has been interviewed and quoted in numerous publications including The Washington Post and The Chicago Tribune, and has been featured on The CBS Evening News and Scripps News.

Dr. Fishman is a former collegiate lacrosse player and was captain of the Division III National Championship team from Middlebury College.
