Introducing Shriners Children's Care Everywhere. Telehealth appointments are an easy and convenient way to see your child's provider without coming into the hospital or clinic. You will get the same quality of care you receive when you are here in person. Telehealth visits use the internet to connect you with your Shriners Children's Care provider. You can use your phone, tablet, or computer. Instructions will be sent by email to get you set up for your video visit. Any paperwork that is required can be done online.

The telehealth visit is just as important as an in person visit with your provider. Be sure to block out the necessary time in your day, just like you would if you were coming in person. Don't forget your child must be present for the visit too. Video visits do not completely replace the need for you and your child to see healthcare providers. Sometimes you'll still need to come in person. For appropriate times telehealth is an easy and convenient way for you and your child to see your Shriners Children's healthcare team. At your next Shriners Children's appointment discuss video visits with your doctor to see if there are times you can skip the trip.
