Strengthening Care for Musculoskeletal Conditions
When it comes to musculoskeletal issues, care is often complex. These conditions often require visits to several different hospitals and specialists. In an effort to help simplify this process, Shriners Hospitals for Children Canada is an active member of the Initiative for children with MUSculoskeletal disorders who require COmplex Care (MUSCO). This initiative, involving four Montreal pediatric hospitals is a collaborative effort to coordinate resources that provide whole care treatment plans for children with musculoskeletal conditions.
